1. General

1.1 This return policy applies to all purchases made from Dee Commerce BV trading under the name Chems Paris.

1.2 By placing an order with Chems Paris you agree to the terms of this returns policy

2. Right of return

2.1 You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of your order without giving reasons.

2.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.

2.3 To make use of your right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail to info@chemsparis.nl within 14 days of receipt of the package, in which you indicate that you want to exchange one or more products. We will then share the return instructions with you.

2.4 The return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

3. Return conditions

3.1 The products must be returned in unused and good condition, suitable for resale, with labels and stickers intact/attached.

3.2 All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 In case of damaged products during shipping or production, please contact us immediately. Send a message to info@chemsparis.nl with a description and photo of your complaint. Our customer service will think along with you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.

4. Refund

4.1 After your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 1-2 working days.

4.2 The refund will be made with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

This return policy has been drawn up in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, including the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Article 6:230o et seq. of the Dutch Civil Code). We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time without notice.
